Loved the charming lodge with a hot tub and the beautiful grounds. Also great for fishing. Just what I needed, a peaceful and close-to-nature getaway. Such a treat!
Smelled like a sewage drain in the morning. How delightful!

The cabin was in a convenient location for visiting the nearby attractions and had a hot tub that we enjoyed using. The site had beautiful grounds with plenty of paths to explore. The onsite pub and beauty salon were also great amenities to have.
The cabin felt dirty upon arrival, with surfaces needing to be cleaned before we felt comfortable. The bathroom floor was sticky and there were watermarks on the taps and mirrors.

The morning meal could use some improvement, especially the toast.

Stayed at a lovely place with a garden, restaurant, and bar. Had a balcony and free parking. Closest to a university 27km away and Bristol Airport. Enjoyed the hot tub, terrace, and the possibility of fishing in the surroundings.
Just a small observation, the nearest airport is not exactly on the doorstep.

I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decor of the hotel. The furniture was beautifully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people, with wide corridors and handrails throughout the property. It made me feel comfortable and safe during my stay.
I wish there had been more activities specifically designed for senior people. The children working there were friendly and helpful, but it would have been nice to have some organized events or excursions that catered to our needs and interests.

The location of the lodge is truly picturesque, surrounded by beautiful grounds and natural wildlife. The spa, bar, and restaurant are lovely, with friendly staff and mouthwatering food. The hot tub is secluded and perfect for relaxation. Tourist spots are just a short drive away.
The kitchen lacks basic cutlery and crockery, so it's advisable to bring your own if you plan to cook.

Amazing river views! The sight from the balcony was mesmerizing, like a painting come to life. Sitting there with a drink, it felt like I was in a scene from a movie, where the protagonist gets lost in the tranquility of nature. Truly a magical experience!
Maintenance issues.

I recently stayed at Kingfisher Lodge at Huntersmoon for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for visiting Longleat and other attractions in the area. We also loved that there was a large Morrisons just down the road. The lodge itself was absolutely lovely, with tranquil ponds and beautiful surroundings. It felt like a little home away from home, especially with the added luxury of a hot tub. The lodge was well-equipped and the keys were conveniently waiting for us upon arrival. The highlight of our stay was the peacefulness and the nearby nature reserve, which led to a scenic park with various amenities like a boating lake, skateboard park, and tennis court. I would highly recommend this oasis for anyone looking for a relaxing and nature-filled escape.
I recommend this hotel.
